How can I get replacement parts for my table?

Cloth, cushion rubber, slate, and pockets are available from our Factory and Showroom at Lansvale. Please enquire at your nearest B&B showroom.

Will the cushion rubber on my table wear out?

Cushion rubber will last for many years with normal care and use. Like all rubbers tend to crack, allowing the ball to hit the rubber with a hollow sound this is bad news and replacement is necessary . When rubber replacement is necessary, contact your local showroom or Head office. Special skills and tools are required to replace cushion rubber, and is not generally a do-it-yourself project.

How should I care for my billiard balls?

Periodically, billiard balls should be wiped with a soft, dry cloth to maintain their luster. When dirty or dull looking, clean and polish with a non-abrasive car polish or non-abrasive household cleaning product. Never use a buffing wheel or similar device; this will result in out-of-round balls that will not roll true. Do not use bleach or products containing bleach, as a discoloration or dull finish on your balls may result.

Do the pockets on my table need any special care?

Leather is a natural product and pocket maintenance is no different than that for leather shoes, handbags or briefcases. Pockets will absorb natural oils from players' hands and become softer over time.

Occasionally wipe pockets with a damp cloth to remove soil.

Cracks may appear in leather pockets under normal use. Avoid contacting the table finish with any pocket treatments.

Are there guidelines for hanging a light fixture over my table?

There are no hard and fast rules that apply to light fixture placement over your table. A general rule is to hang lighting so that the bottom of the fixture is at the nose height of the tallest person usually playing on the table.
